Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination:

  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Economy Delivery: 10-20 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination

To ensure safe delivery:

  • Use a sturdy box with adequate padding
  • Seal all openings with strong packing tape
  • Remove old shipping labels from reused boxes
  • Place fragile items in the center with cushioning material
  • Include a return address on the package
  • For valuable items, consider purchasing additional insurance

Yes, in most cases you can change your delivery address before the package is out for delivery. Contact our customer support team immediately with your tracking number and the corrected address. Additional fees may apply for address changes.

If no one is available to receive the package, our driver will leave a delivery notice with instructions. You can then:

  • Schedule a redelivery online
  • Pick up the package from your local depot
  • Authorize a neighbor or building manager to accept the package

After three delivery attempts, the package will be held at our local facility for pickup.

Yes, FlashFleet Delivery offers international shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. We handle all customs documentation and provide door-to-door tracking. Delivery times for international shipments range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Prohibited items include:

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, explosives, gases)
  • Illegal drugs and paraphernalia
  • Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
  • Perishable goods (food items that require refrigeration)
  • Live animals
  • Cash, coins, and negotiable instruments

Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your package by entering your tracking number on our Track Page. You'll receive real-time updates on your shipment's location, status, and estimated delivery date.

Your tracking number becomes active within 24 hours after your package is picked up by our courier. You may receive the tracking number immediately upon booking, but it may take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear in our system.

  • Order Received: Your shipping order has been placed
  • Pickup Scheduled: Our courier has been assigned to collect your package
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to the destination
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is with the driver and will be delivered today
  • Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered
  • Exception: A delay has occurred (weather, customs, address issue)

Claims & Customer Support

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos before opening
  2. Keep all original packaging materials
  3. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  4. File a claim with your tracking number and supporting evidence

Claims are typically processed within 10-14 business days. Insurance coverage applies based on the value declared at the time of shipping.

For lost packages, we offer refunds up to the declared value of the shipment (up to $100 for standard shipping, higher amounts with additional insurance). Refunds are processed after a formal investigation is completed (typically 10-14 business days). Shipping fees may be non-refundable for certain service types.
